Life coaching is a gentle yet purposeful partnership that supports clarity, confidence, and intentional forward movement. While therapy often focuses on understanding and healing the inner world, coaching is oriented toward where you’re headed — the goals you want to pursue, the strengths you want to cultivate, and the life you’re ready to create.
In our coaching work, we explore what truly matters to you, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical pathways that support growth and follow-through. Coaching offers a structured, encouraging space where insight can translate into action, motivation can build, and confidence can strengthen over time. The process supports you in connecting with your inner wisdom and moving forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
Coaching may draw from approaches such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness-informed practices, and strengths- and values-based work. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not include mental health diagnosis or treatment. It is a distinct, forward-looking service that may be offered to individuals who are not seeking therapy and, when permitted by applicable laws, to clients outside of New York. If deeper emotional or clinical support becomes needed, we will discuss whether therapy or other resources would be more appropriate.
Coaching is well suited for individuals seeking greater clarity, direction, alignment, and momentum — a supportive process that helps translate insight into intentional action and growth.
