Out-of-network sessions are paid before the session starts. Accepted forms of payment include debit & credit cards, HSA, CareCredit, Venmo, or Zelle. Detailed superbill receipt is available upon request to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

The cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Depending on what feels most supportive for your needs and goals, options such as longer 80-minute sessions or multiple sessions per week can be explored. These decisions are made together during the initial evaluation, with care and flexibility.
